Are all materials approved and guaranteed?
This is extremely important as substandard materials could result in a risk of electric shock or become a potential fire hazard. At Eclipse power electrical , all materials we use are sourced from approved wholesalers and legitimate companies, offering a minimum of a 12-month guarantee.
Are you insured?
Of course, we hold all required insurance related to the work we carry out. This includes but is not limited to public liability, employer liability, and personal indemnity. We can provide copies of these certificates on request.
What are your hours?
We are available from 7 am to 6 pm, from Monday to Friday. You can reach us through our contact form, by phone, or email. We will come back to you as soon as possible.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
We do not charge for a call-out fee, only for the engineers’ time onsite. Our prices start from £75 + VAT and vary in function of the time and day our engineer is booked for a job (week-end and bank holidays for instance).
Are you registered?
Yes, we are NAPIT registered indeed.
How do we pay for the job once it is completed?
Eclipse power electrical , will send you an invoice and take payment on completion of your job. We accept cash, most cards, and bank transfers.
